The renovation of the Factoria Business Park transformed the area into a comfortable pedestrian environment, prioritizing people over cars. Parking was moved to a separate parking structure, creating a barrier-free space with navigation and various types of paving. A pedestrian gallery, recreation areas, and active ground floors make the area an open and vibrant part of the urban environment.
