TheOffice coworking space fully occupies the 10th floor of the new DM Tower business complex on Danilovskaya Embankment in Moscow. We designed a 2,000 sq. m business space that can be quickly customized to meet tenants’ needs, incorporating numerous work areas and zones for comfortable communication.

At the heart of our concept is a spacious lounge area offering the best views of the Moscow River and the city’s skyline. We designed this space in the style of a Japanese rock garden, featuring cozy islands for individual work and meetings. Our goal was to make the lounge the central attraction of the project—a multifunctional space for relaxation, negotiations, and even as an auditorium, where the Board-room serves as the stage.
