The building’s facades are inspired by space travel and feature transparent blue glass surfaces, profiled glass, and wood panels, combining modernity with historical elements. Details such as glass blocks and Soviet-themed frescoes add visual interest, while cool lighting creates the effect of glowing volumes at night. Two terraces—one open and one closed—create comfortable spaces for work and relaxation.
