Year: 2019 Location: Vilnius Total design area: 28,000 m2 The project concept centers on the creation of public spaces for city residents. The building is conceived as an “urban sculpture,” offering accessible underground levels, walkable roofs, terraces, and viewing platforms, connected by walkway galleries and utility lines. The architecture of the hotel block is designed with the sun exposure of the rooms in mind, which determined the stepped structure of the building with an internal courtyard and gallery system, while the functional distribution is oriented toward existing pedestrian connections.
