Sova Capital is an investment company providing a full range of brokerage and investment services.
Our task was to separate closed and open business processes while maintaining a maximally open and flexible workspace layout. We fulfilled the requirement to organise Hot Desk areas covering almost two-thirds of the office, which significantly influenced many design decisions.
We created an open, family-friendly, and welcoming atmosphere in the office while also considering the rules and restrictions related to the regulatory specifics of the industry. The strict geometry of volumes in the reception area is complemented by dynamic diagonals in the lighting fixtures and reception desk design, reflecting the company’s character and its British origins. The color scheme and finishing materials were selected based on the company’s brand book and the client’s preference for natural colours and materials such as wood, stone, and glass.
