Cargill office
Location: Krasnodar
Cargill’s core business is the supply of agricultural products, with a primary focus on grain crops. This concept is seamlessly embedded in the design code and is reflected in various interior solutions. The most striking and attention-grabbing example is the unique design of the office entrance area, where wheat serves as the central visual motif. A large-scale, three-dimensional phytocomposition of real wheat ears is positioned behind the reception desk, complemented by a textured wall finish and the design of a massive decorative light fixture.
Botanical motifs are present throughout the entire space, creating a cohesive aesthetic environment. The office features an abundance of live plants, carefully selected based on a prior botanical assessment. Additionally, design elements incorporate natural shades such as aquamarine, cinnamon, and verdigris. In the café area, edible plants like mint, thyme, and sage are grown in special planters. Notably, these green installations are not merely decorative; all plants are available for employees to use rather than being discarded. This approach underscores the company’s commitment to sustainability and reinforces the organic character of the interior.
Beyond eco-friendliness, the design of Cargill’s new office prioritizes comfort and technological advancement. This is achieved through modern flooring with cushioning and noise reduction effects. All workstations are equipped with height-adjustable electric desks.
The office is filled with natural light, enhancing the sense of openness and airiness. The layout strikes a balance between open space and traditional office rooms, with smooth semicircular lines complementing strict orthogonal divisions.
