The concept combines the openness and democratic nature of a loft-style building with exposed communications, concrete surfaces, and a minimal number of walls replaced by glass and curtains. Dynamic, broken geometry sets the rhythm of the space, highlighting the central staircase and linking the open-plan areas, meeting rooms, gym, and open veranda into a unified, harmonious environment.
