The residential complex’s showroom is organized over two floors, allowing for simultaneous presentations and client negotiations in the comfortable Business and Premium zones. The central element is a model of the residential complex with a 3D hologram effect, surrounded by a lounge area, media screen, and winter garden, emphasizing the biophilic nature of the space. The interior design is inspired by the Australian coastline and the history of Sydney, combining natural materials, bionic forms, and textures of stone, wood, and granite, creating the feeling of strolling through coastal landscapes.
