Location: Moscow Status: In progress Design project area: 730 m2 A multifunctional SocialHUB with organized zones: from a lounge space with city views and a library/coworking space to a cinema, children’s rooms, gyms, and a wellness area with a massage room and sauna. This architectural element is more than just an aesthetic gesture; it is a fully-fledged public space with panoramic glazing that extends beyond the towers and soars above the city, offering views of urban (Luzhniki, City Stadium, Victory Park) and natural (Vorobyovy Gory, the Moskva River, Setun River Valley Park) landscapes.
