Location: Moscow Design project area: 623 m2 The concept is based on the image of a skyscraper as an urban analogue of a mountain range, reflected in the rough stone textures and minimalist design with dark accents. A spacious lobby with a teardrop-shaped art object, a lounge area, and a coworking space create a comfortable environment for residents. A children’s room, stroller storage, and restrooms complement the overall image of the complex, maintaining a unified visual language.
