Description:
The architecture of the hotel is highly adaptive and modern. This project places significant emphasis on the functional purpose of the building, which defines its structural design. The hotel welcomes all guests, benefiting from its prime location.

Every detail of the hotel has been carefully thought out—from the exterior design and interior layout to the landscaping and apartment furnishings.

The ground floor features massive columns that complement the glass wall inserts and harmonize with the lobby bar, crafted from black porcelain stoneware with backlighting.

The project embraces a calm, pastel color palette, including beige, mustard, gray, and caramel tones. The finishing materials include natural travertine, artificial stone, textured plaster, decorative concrete, and metal interior accents.

The architectural design of ARTSTUDIO M103 is inspired by the Soviet Constructivist era yet executed in a contemporary style that seamlessly integrates with the modern development of the district. The unified design code is reflected in the lobby, featuring panoramic windows, monochrome tones, and minimalist furniture.

The lobby invites guests to linger—whether enjoying a cup of aromatic cappuccino at the bar or ordering an aperitif before dinner at the fine-dining restaurant located within the aparthotel.
