Status: Completed Location: Moscow Design project area: 917 sq m The “Territory” coworking space is built using the activity-based workspace concept, ensuring flexibility and mobility: 200 workstations, meeting rooms, a conference room, a kitchen, and lounge areas can be easily reconfigured without construction. The concept divides the office into a “quiet” work area and a “busier” public area with a reception desk, amphitheater, and lounges. Modular furniture and thoughtful geometry allow the space to be adapted to the diverse needs of clients. The design is unified by a unified corporate identity, using the star symbol and the sub-brand color palette, creating a distinctive aesthetic and a positive atmosphere for work and communication.
