Class A Business Center

Location: Moscow, Central Administrative District, Presnensky District, Khodynskaya Street, land plot 2/9 (design area: 385 m²). The interiors of the public areas of this Class A business center are designed in a monochrome style. Deep black contrasts with light-toned stone. The entrance is conceived as a recessed portal set into the stone façade — laconic and restrained. The lobby is anchored by the reception desk: a monolith of matte steel with a split-face stone front, above which a light installation appears to float. The austere space is softened by terracotta-colored furniture and live trees in concrete planters. Three design options were developed for the feature wall at the entrance: a “water” media screen, natural stone with greenery, or a suspended installation. Lighting functions as an integral part of the architecture. The result is a calm, composed environment that is comfortable to work in.
