A Space for Women’s Development and Enrichment, 2025-2027
A project in the heart of Grozny, with no parallel in Russia’s architectural practice, creating a fundamentally new architectural typology based on a balance of high aesthetics, privacy, and regional traditions.
The complex consists of a main four-story building and several detached structures. In addition to the central building, the territory will feature a multifunctional lecture hall, an open-air cinema, a children’s center, a fitness center, outdoor sports facilities, tennis courts, an outdoor café, an open-air swimming pool, and guest villas.
The main building houses medical consultation rooms, dedicated areas for cosmetology, a spa, fitness rooms, an indoor swimming pool, several hotel rooms, restaurants, and retail zones.
The key principle of the architectural concept is to ensure complete isolation from the outside world while creating a safe environment that resonates with the core values of its target audience: traditions, family, health, spirituality, and beauty.
